Do you ship world wide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide. We use Express door-to-door as our main shipping method for fast secure delivery.

Where do you ship from?
We ship all our products from Morocco.

Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes, we do offer an option for wholesale with a discount for big quantities orders(* large order: 10 or more units). Please contact us for more details.

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we do accept custom order whether you have any creative ideas, custom design, colors, size, you want us to make something special for you, we can make your dream come true. Please reach us at contact@moroccaninterior.com, you will not be disappointed.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to check the progress of your package.

What is the origin of your products?
The products that we sell on Moroccan Interior are entirely 100 % handcrafted artisanal goods made proudly in Morocco. Every product sold under the name of our brand is checked for high-quality standards to ensure the satisfaction of our future customers. This is our main goal to have a good reputation and relationship toward our loyal buyers.

Should I give my phone number during checkout?
Because this will be an international order, we request that you provide a daytime telephone number during check out, this will be used by our shipping carrier if there is any delivery problem so they can rich you as soon as possible.

Will I be charged with any duties/customs?
Please note that each country has its own taxes system, and you may be subject to import duties/customs charges on your purchase. You will be responsible for paying them when your order arrives in your country.

As for USA buyer, due to a free trade agreement between the USA and Morocco, they will not be charged with any import duties.
