Areas of darkened copper and pale oxidation are already settling across the dome, creating a surface that is changing unevenly from top to edge. The wide, shallow form hangs low and concentrates light downward over a table or counter, with the interior reflecting a warmer copper tone once switched on. Small, irregular dimples across the metal break up reflections as you move around the fixture. In everyday use, handling and ambient moisture gradually deepen some darker areas while leaving other zones brighter.

Each piece is finished and assembled in small workshop batches, which is why oxidation patterns and edge tones differ slightly from lamp to lamp. Over time, the exposed copper continues to darken along the rim and upper curve.

As with all handmade pieces, each lamp is unique. Subtle variations in texture, finish, and detail are part of its character and reflect the hands that shaped it.
