Shipping Information

We use Express door-to-door as our main shipping method. We aim to proceed with all Moroccan Interior orders within 2 business days, note that this may sometimes be longer during particularly busy periods.

• North America: 1-3 business days
• Europe: 1-2 business days
• Asia Pacific: 3-5 working days
• Australia & New Zealand: 3-5 working days

You will receive a tracking number to check the progress of your package.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred, and these charges must be paid by the recipient.

Due to a free trade agreement between the USA and Morocco, USA buyers will not be charged with any import duties.
