Story

Suspended low over a wooden table, the pendant holds a rounded dome profile that spreads outward before tapering softly toward its edge. The copper surface shows a worked texture across the entire shade, with small indentations breaking up reflections and creating uneven tonal movement. Darker bands sit above a greenish oxidized zone along the lower perimeter, forming a visible transition in color rather than a uniform finish.

Positioned above a dining or kitchen surface, the wide opening directs light downward in a concentrated circle, leaving the upper surface comparatively muted. Variations in hammering and oxidation differ slightly across each piece, and the copper surface will continue to shift in tone as exposure and handling gradually deepen its coloration.
