A broad, asymmetrical dome defines the profile of this copper pendant light, with a gently curved shade that drops lower on one side before rising toward the opposite edge. Dense hammered impressions cover the metal, creating a repeated dimpled texture beneath a mottled surface of copper, dark brown, and turquoise-green oxidation. The open underside exposes the same worked metal and leaves the bulb area unobstructed. When illuminated, the shade directs light primarily downward and slightly outward through the open lower section, making it suited to indoor dining areas, kitchens, living rooms, or workspaces.
A stepped cylindrical canopy and black suspension cord complete the upper assembly without competing with the wide shade. Hammering and oxidation vary across the surface, so individual areas show different depths of texture and coloration. Continued handling and normal indoor exposure can gradually produce further tonal changes across the copper.
As with all handmade pieces, each lamp is unique. Subtle variations in texture, finish, and detail are part of its character and reflect the hands that shaped it.
