Story

The copper surface already shows deep green oxidation across the hammered dome, with darker bands forming near the lower edge. Its wide, flattened profile spreads coverage across a table while the thick metal keeps the shade steady when air moves. Light concentrates downward beneath the broad rim, leaving the upper shell subdued.

Hammer marks remain visible through the color shifts, and pieces finished in small workshop batches carry slight differences in pattern density and tone. With regular handling and cleaning, raised hammer points gradually brighten while recessed areas continue to darken.

As with all handmade pieces, each lamp is unique. Subtle variations in texture, finish, and detail are part of its character and reflect the hands that shaped it.
