Story

A full, rounded silhouette gives this pendant light a distinctive profile, widening through the middle before curving inward toward the upper neck and lower opening. Closely spaced hammer marks cover the copper exterior, producing a textured surface with shifting shades of reddish brown, bronze, and golden highlights. The upper fitting has a contrasting brass-toned finish, with a flared stem that connects the shade to a black suspension cord. Beneath the curved body, the open base reveals a smooth-looking copper-colored interior that contrasts with the dimpled exterior.

For indoor use, the downward-facing opening makes this fixture suitable above dining tables, kitchen islands, or seating areas where focused overhead illumination is needed. Differences in the hammered impressions create an uneven pattern of reflections across the dome. With handling and exposure to air, the copper may gradually darken and develop additional tonal variation.
