Story

A rounded, gently descending canopy gives the copper pendant light a full dome profile, rising into a small central crown before sweeping outward toward its broad circular opening. Closely spaced hammer impressions cover the exterior, producing a varied pattern of highlights across the reddish-brown metal. The lower edge remains relatively fine, exposing a reflective copper interior with pronounced dimpling that catches light beneath the shade. A compact metal fitting joins the crown to a black suspension cord, keeping the upper assembly unobtrusive against the broad silhouette.

For indoor use, the downward-facing opening makes this fixture suitable above dining tables, kitchen islands, or central seating areas where direct overhead illumination is needed. The hammered marks differ in depth and spacing, giving the surface an irregular pattern rather than a uniform finish. With handling and continued use, darker areas may develop and the copper's overall tone can gradually shift.
