A broad copper dome forms the dominant shape of this wall sconce, its low rounded profile widening toward a gently turned rim that defines the edge of the shade. The exterior surface carries a mottled verdigris oxidation pattern, where darker green cells cluster between lighter mineral flecks rather than reading as a flat color field. At the center, a short neck transitions into a curved copper arm that connects to a circular back plate, keeping the visual weight concentrated in the shade.
The underside metal remains lighter and smoother, creating contrast with the textured exterior surface. Each piece shows slightly different oxidation patterning across the dome, and exposed copper areas may gradually deepen in tone as the metal continues reacting with air and moisture.
