Story

The wide, uneven dome shade hangs low with a flattened copper profile and a hand-formed rim that dips irregularly. Its broad span directs light downward across a table while the interior metal reflects a warm tone once lit. The outer surface already shows green and darkened areas where copper has begun reacting with air, while raised hammer marks remain slightly brighter.

Each unit passes through a small bench team, so the edge line and patina distribution shift subtly from one piece to the next. Over time, exposed areas deepen in color and the brighter copper highlights dull as the metal continues to oxidize.

As with all handmade pieces, each lamp is unique. Subtle variations in texture, finish, and detail are part of its character and reflect the hands that shaped it.
