Story

This pendant is formed from copper, with a mottled, naturally varied surface that shows layers of dark brown, blue-green, and softened metallic tones. The shade has a rounded, gourd-like profile that directs light downward, while the interior copper surface reflects a warm glow when lit. A brass socket detail and black suspension cord are visible at the top, giving the fixture a simple, functional connection point.

In use, the metal interior helps concentrate light over a table, counter, or island rather than dispersing it broadly. Over time, the copper surface will continue to shift subtly, deepening in tone and developing further character as it reacts to air and handling. The irregular patterning means no two shades match exactly, and small differences in color and texture are part of each piece. Handcrafted in Morocco in a fair trade working environment.
