Story

The surface carries a dense layer of green oxidation that softens the underlying copper tone and gives the shade a weathered, mineral-like appearance. Its form combines a sloped upper section with a straighter lower band, creating a dome that feels more structured than rounded. Fine speckling and darker markings remain visible throughout the patina, producing uneven shifts in tone rather than a flat, uniform color.

Suspended above a table or counter, the wide underside opening directs light downward while the exterior absorbs much of the surrounding reflection. Variations in oxidation density and surface markings appear naturally across individual pieces, and the copper beneath will continue to change gradually as exposure alters the finish over time.

As with all handmade pieces, each lamp is unique. Subtle variations in texture, finish, and detail are part of its character and reflect the hands that shaped it.
